Due to changes in lifestyle and health, people cannot maintain good health. Many people could not even get time to give themselves for self-care. Due to an unhealthy lifestyle, humans face many health issues and go through a lot. Sometimes, people go through a lot of pain and surgeries due to an unhealthy lifestyle. There are several types of diseases, tumors, cancers, stomach issues that people face due to their lifestyle.  The most painful surgeries are tumor surgeries or cancer removal processes which can affect the whole body.
